The git submodules used in packages following a VCS package workflow need to be locked to their respective upstreams.

Please replace occurrences of e.g. `git submodule update --init` or `git submodule update --init --recursive` with a set of entries in the source array for the submodules, `git config` calls and an eventual `git -c protocol.file.allow=always submodule update` call (see https://wiki.www.dosmwehfslowed563.eu.org/title/VCS_package_guidelines#Git_submodules for reference).

Please also ensure that a `pkgver()` function is used (see https://wiki.www.dosmwehfslowed563.eu.org/title/VCS_package_guidelines#Git for reference).
