These packages need action for the upcoming Plasma 6 release:

- Packages that link to Plasma libraries (kdecoration, libkscreen) - if they are not compatible with Qt6 yet, add coinstallable Qt 5 versions of the libraries and rebuild the packages against them

- Packages that install Plasma applets - check if there is a Plasma 6 version or fork available. If not, drop the package (if it's just the applet) or remove the applet (if it contains more stuff)

- Packages that install kio service menus. If they are not binary, move them to the new location /usr/share/kio/servicemenus/

- Packages that install plasma runners. If they don't support Qt6, drop them from the package

Push the rebuilt packages to [staging], if possible before official release next Wednesday 28th.
